Form EA1 - Property Broker License
Property Broker or Immovable Property Broker means any natural person who has a licence to act as an intermediary in the process of negotiating and carrying out transactions involving the acquisition, transfer or lease of land in terms of the Property Market Agency Act and neither employs nor engages, whether under a contract of service or a contract for services, any branch manager and, or any property consultant and includes an occasional broker and a specific property consultant.

The documents required for new applicants are:
- Copy of Valid Identification Document (Identity or Residency Permit/Document Card [Front & Back]/Passport)
- Copy of Real Estate Course Certificate Qualification – MQF Level 4 – 12 ECTS
- Copy of Real Estate Course Transcript
- Copy of the top-up course in Real Estate
- Copy of the Real Estate Top-up Course Transcript
- Copy of Valid Health & Safety Certificate
- Copy of other Real Estate related Qualification Certification
- Copy of Transcript of other real Estate Related Qualifications Certification
- Copy of CV
- Copy of Jobs Plus Employment History (not earlier than one month from the date of application)
- Copy of Certificate of Conduct [Police Conduct] (not earlier than one month from the date of application)
- Copy of Declaration of Financial Standing by Notary Public or Warranted CPA (not earlier than six months from date of application)
- Copy of Certificate of Conformity, Commissioner for Tax and Customs VAT Compliance Certificate
